There are a range of Leadership and Management training sessions available in house and online via ESR.

The Trust has committed significant funding into the development of the education & training offer. Some courses have a red contract symbol next to them , this symbolises that there may be restrictions on this course including which staff groups can attend and that a learning contract must be signed by you and your manager before you can book onto the course. You can find further information regarding the learning contract and a copy of the contract itself in the CPD section of this website. ​

Development Burst -Valuing People at Work
This development burst looks consider cultural competency which can be defined as the ability to inter-act effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds, that is, practitioners and organisations implementing the policies, knowledge and skills to meet the needs of the diverse people they serve.

The Nurse in Charge - Virtual
For Registered Nurses with a 'Nurse in Charge' role within their area. Band 5 with a minimum of one year post-qualification experience.
